We voluntarily provide the following cancellation policy notwithstanding European Law (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index en.htm) prohibiting you from canceling services booked on a certain date (such as transfers or vehicle rentals):

If you contact our business 14 days prior to the scheduled service date and request a complete refund, we will deduct any credit card processing fees from your refund.

If you call our business four days before the day of your scheduled service, you may request a partial refund. We will return 50% of your payment, less any credit card processing costs, or you may request a free date rescheduling.
